How Do I Create a Support Ticket?

To contact support, you'll need to create a support ticket. Please see this article to see who is authorized to place support tickets. 

To create your ticket, you'll need to log into your iThemes Member Panel.  From there, you'll go to the Support page where you can create your ticket.screencapture-members-ithemes-panel-helpdesk-php-2019-10-02-08_34_21.png

When you create your ticket, be sure to include as much detail as possible about the issue you're having.  Also, be sure to share the version of WordPress you're using, the version of the plugin you're having trouble with and any testing you've done until this point.
