If the payment for your renewal is declined, you will receive a declined payment notification. The payment system will automatically attempt to renew the plan a few times over the next 7 days. To continue with your renewal, simply update the billing information in your Member Panel. The payment system will automatically attempt this renewal with your updated payment information.
Please do not renew your subscription manually. Purchasing a new subscription and updating your billing can cause you to be double-billed.
If the renewal is successful, you will receive a receipt with an attached invoice in PDF format. If the payment system fails to renew within 7 days, the subscription will be canceled and you will receive an expired subscription notice.
If you receive a declined renewal notice and you do not want to renew your plan, simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of that for you.
If you need to update your billing information, you can do that in your iThemes Member Panel.
