When working with support, it is important to include as much information about your issue as possible in your ticket. This includes error logs and/or raw details files that you can attach to the ticket.
When creating your ticket, you'll see the option at the bottom of the page to Upload Attachments. Once you've clicked that button, a window will open where you can drag and drop your file to attach to the ticket.
The window will automatically close once the file is finished uploading. You can upload multiple files simultaneously or click the Upload Attachments button again when the first file completes uploading.
And that's it! When you submit your ticket, your support team member will be able to view the files you included.
